Frequently Asked Questions
Sessions are scheduled Tuesday through Saturday, by appointment only.
Because we know that "life happens", we allow for rescheduling.
Please give us at least 24 hours notice and your session fee can be applied to a new session within 3 months.
We will schedule an appointment for you to come back to the studio to view and order your portraits on your session date.
All specialty products are designed in-house and require client approval before they are printed. All designs will be emailed to the client and once approval is given they will be ordered within 24 hours.
turn around time
Print Products are retouched, ordered and delivered to our studio typically within 4-6 weeks. Gallery Wraps and Albums can take a bit longer.
Image file archives
Images that are NOT purchased are kept for 2 weeks from your viewing session. All orders must be finalized within that time.
All purchased images/files will be archived for 1 year from your session date.
