santa overview
To ensure everyone's safety, Santa, Mrs. Clause and all the elves will be staying at the North Pole this year until Christmas Eve.
Although a few of Santa's helpers may be around for socially distant front yard visits, Santa would still really love to see you before Christmas. He really wants to know what you have been up to and what is on your Christmas list. Fortunately, Santa has been very busy learning how to use "Zoom" so he can have a virtual visit or even read you a story.
Santa would love to talk with you all day, however, to make sure he has enough time to visit with children all over the world, Santa will be able to chat with you and your family for just a few minutes.
If you have brothers or sisters, Santa asks that you take turns speaking so that he can hear everyone’s Christmas wishes!

Frequently Asked Questions
Santa FAQ
-
When do Santa Virtual Visits begin? Virtual visits begin on November 30 through December 23 (Monday - Friday 9:30 am - 7:30 pm)
-
How long is the visit? Based on the number of children in the family, each visit lasts from 4 - 8 minutes. Note that the virtual visits are scheduled anticipating no more than 3 children per family. Larger families should CONTACT US to plan your visit. Story Time With Santa is scheduled to last about 15 - 20 minutes, again depending on the number of children in the family.
-
How much does each visit cost? Visits start at $25. Online payment is required at the time of booking.
-
What about refunds? Sometimes, Santa may be running a few moments late, or the internet may experience problems, in that case, one of his helpers will reach out to you via text or call at the phone number provided to let you know his status. If this happens, we will definitely set up a new time to call your family. If the call is missed due to the customer we will do our best to reschedule but we do not guarantee that another time will be available.
-
When should I log into my visit? You should log on to the call a few moments prior to the scheduled time so you don't miss Santa's arrival. Please note that although your visit is scheduled for 15 minutes, Santa is only scheduled for the first few moments of that time slot depending on the number of children in your family. Santa always leaves extra time if he is running late or needs to prepare for your visit.
-
Is each call personalized? When you book your visit, you will first be directed to a questionnaire where you will have the option of providing information such as your kids names, ages, and any other information you’d like Santa to know. He’ll do his best to incorporate this information into his conversation with your child(ren), but it will not always be possible.
-
Is there a way to capture the moment? As part of your visit, a photo of the child(ren) will be emailed to you. We also offer a video of the entire visit.
-
Where does Socially Distant Santa travel? As scheduling these visits can be difficult when incorporating travel, unfortunately, Santa limits travel to residents of Lynnfield, MA.
